“Ono”licious Corn Relish

• 2 - 11 oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 cup red onion, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• ½ cup water chestnuts, diced
• 1 cup Ono Pineapple Drizzle
• ½ cup nuts (optional)
• ½ Japanese cucumber, diced

Mix all ingredients and chill. Makes a delicious side dish. Can also be used for a 3-bean salad. For those who prefer a creamy style dressing, mix with plain yogurt.
